Reimagining the High-Capacity Bottle for Contemporary Living.
Design for the “MTS-W” vacuum-insulated straw bottle by Tiger Corporation.
To address the demand for a higher capacity than the standard 500mL, we explored a design suited for adults across various settings—from active scenes like yoga and the gym to professional daily life.

The design inherits the trigger-actuated, one-handed operation that was highly acclaimed in the previous 500mL “MCS” model. To accommodate the increased size and weight of a high-capacity bottle, we re-engineered the sequence of motion for hydration. By leveraging the straw structure, which eliminates the need to tilt the bottle, we achieved a fluid and effortless user experience that remains intuitive even with the larger volume.

We adopted a minimalist approach, stripping away the decorative clutter often found in conventional sports bottles to reduce visual noise. By consolidating the 0.75L / 0.88L volume into a clean, cylindrical form, the bottle was designed to maintain a sophisticated presence. This ensures it fits naturally not only in active environments but also in quiet, professional settings like offices or during commutes.

This project was more than just a size expansion. By realigning function and form with modern lifestyles, we aimed to refine the bottle as a versatile tool that performs seamlessly in a wide range of everyday situations.
